Two consortia bid to operate international airport in the Philippines

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) of the Philippines have announced that two firms submitted bid documents for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of Clark International Airportlocated in Pampanga province, Central Luzon.
