DIF Infrastructure V acquires majority stake in French toll road concession

DIF has announced that its Infrastructure V fund has acquired a66.7% stake in Albea SAS, a company which holds the concession to operate the A150 toll road in France. DIF Infrastructure V purchased the stake from Infravia and TIIC.
