CCR acquires controlling stake in airport concession in Costa Rica

CCR has agreed to acquire a further 48.15% in Aeris Holdingwhich owns the concession to operate San José airport in Costa Ricafor US$60 million. The acquisition increases CCR‘s stake in the company from 49% to 97.15%.
