Yilport Holding A.S., a subsidiary of Yildirim Group of Companies, has announced that it has executed a letter of intent with the Mississippi State Port Authority to allow for due diligence and negotiations regarding an investment in the Port of Gulfport,Mississippi, USA. The company would commit to investing in additional facility and equipment upgrades.
